Huskies Enjoy Inspirational Assembly

Frank Stephens, Global Ambassador - Special Olympics, proves why he's been invited to the White House twice to speak.  MEH students had the privilege of hearing his empowering life story of overcoming adversity and living a fulfilled and successful life.  Want to learn more about Frank?  Google Frank Stephens - Ambassador and see how he started the international online conversation about removing the "R" word from our vocabulary.  Students also watched "Quest for Respect" from Camfel Productions which focused on respect for self and others through powerful music and personal stories.  Students were also introduced to UP (Uniting Peers), a precursor to Best Buddies and a new club at MEH sponsored by Joel Block.
