Student Experiences Grant

Picture
The Falls Church Education Foundation is excited to announce a new funding opportunity for the 2026–27 school year: the Student Experiences Grant!

This grant program was created to support enriching learning opportunities that extend beyond the traditional classroom and help bring curriculum to life for our students.
The Student Experiences Grant can support opportunities such as:
  • Virtual field trips
  • Guest speakers and presenters
  • Museum and cultural programs
  • Performances and demonstrations
  • Curriculum-connected experiences that engage students in new ways

Priority will be given to proposals that:
  • Serve an entire grade level, course, or large group of students;
  • Demonstrate a clear connection to curriculum goals;
  • Describe the anticipated impact on student learning; and
  • Have the potential to become annual experiences within FCCPS.

If you have an idea that would create a meaningful experience for your students, we encourage you to apply!  Please note: This is not intended for existing field trips that are already covered by school or parent funds.

The application for the 2026-2027 grant cycle is available now. Click here to apply.
