Parents' Night Out on February 28

Join us on Saturday, February 28, from 7:30–10 pm for FCEF's first Bingo Night! Grab your friends (ages 21+) and settle in for a night of laughs, lucky wins, and feel-good fun all while supporting FCCPS. ​Your $25 ticket includes two drinks, plus snacks and sweets. Come for the games. Stay for the vibe. Leave with a win (or at least a great story).

Super Grant Prize Parade

It's the most wonderful time of the year! On November 24, FCEF awarded nearly $80,000 in Super Grant funding to teachers and staff across all five schools. Check out the creative initiatives made possible by the generosity of our community.

Wollenberg Family Receives Impact Award

On December 6, Meredith Morrison and Christopher Wollenberg, stewards of the J. Roger and Patricia A. Wollenberg Scholarship, received the FCEF Impact Award for their continued support of FCCPS graduates. To date, the Wollenbergs have awarded full-ride scholarships for 20 students who have gone on to attend public universities in Virginia.

Congrats to Employee Award Nominees

Eleven FCCPS employees have been nominated for the 2026 FCEF Employee Awards! These employees were nominated by community members and colleagues for their outstanding work on behalf of students. Everyone in the community is invited to submit letters of support for them using the Letter of Support Portal before January 8.

​​Help Provide Food for Falls Church Families

There are many ways you can support families in our community this winter. Donate money to the FCEF Family Assistance Fund, or give food or funds to a local food pantry: Falls Church Community Service Council or Food for Others. You can also volunteer with your friends, church, or neighborhood to adopt a family, or purchase a Better Together T-shirt or sweatshirt to raise funds for the effort.
