Remembering Bob YoungIn memory of Falls Church City business leader Bob Young, one of the original founders of the Falls Church Education Foundation, his family is encouraging friends and colleagues to donate to FCEF initiatives. The funds raised will be used to support causes dear to him.

Super Grant Celebration ParadeAfter months of fundraising, the FCEF team and FCCPS administration surprised Super Grant award winners at all five schools on November 19. FCEF will distribute $95,000 for innovative programs and learning materials, including light tables for preschoolers, electronic drums at Mount Daniel, video equipment for Oak Street students, an adaptive pottery wheel at Meridian, and many more!

Little City Scramble Raises Nearly $25,000Thanks to the golfers, sponsors, and volunteers who came out for our fourth annual Little City Scramble. All proceeds from the event will support programs for FCEF and the Mustang Athletic Boosters Association.

Mark Your Calendar for the 2025 Home & Garden TourThe next Falls Church Home & Garden Tour will be on Sunday, April 6, 2025. Plan ahead for the spring, and come tour the beautiful homes and gardens of "The Little City." All proceeds go toward the Falls Church Education Foundation and Falls Church City Public Schools.

Annual Gala & Auction Date AnnouncedIt's the biggest party of the year! Mark your calendars for our Annual Gala & Auction on Friday, May 16, 2025, at Washington Golf & Country Club. Proceeds raised during this event supports our Super Grants, Advanced Training Grants, Family Assistance Fund, scholarships, and programs for ESOL, Special Ed, and staff and student wellness.

Thank You for Rounding Up!Giant Food recently awarded $11,266.85 to FCEF as part of the 2024 Nourishing Our Youth Round Up Program. This donation will directly benefit the FCEF Family Assistance Fund and help eliminate hunger in our community. We appreciate everyone who chose to "round up" at the Giant check-out in July!
