Swinging Success at the Little City ScrambleA full field of 100 golfers came out for a day of friendly competition and fundraising at the 5th annual Little City Scramble. Run for the Schools—A Community-Wide Tradition!What an incredible morning at the 21st Run for the Schools! More than 850 runners and walkers filled the streets of Falls Church to celebrate community and support FCCPS. We are grateful to our sponsors for investing in our schools and to the many volunteers who kept the event running smoothly, from start to finish. See the race results.

House Hunting at HendersonFCEF Artist in Residence Marc Robarge and former FCCPS art teacher Maddy Miller unveiled a new art installation in August. The piece—Starry, Starry Day—was created using more than 680 house-shaped ceramic tiles, crafted and painted by students and staff.

Total Support for FCCPSThanks to the generosity of the Falls Church community, FCEF gave Falls Church City Public Schools a total of $246,000 during the 2024-2025 academic year. This funding went toward Super Grants, Advanced Teacher Training, Family Assistance Fund, Teacher-of-the-Year Awards, and ESOL and Special Education initiatives.
